1. Privacy Policy
PassiLuce is an e-commerce platform specializing in footwear sales in Algeria. We collect and process your personal information including name, phone, email, address, and payment details to provide our services. Your data is protected with SSL encryption and stored securely. We share necessary information with merchants and delivery services to fulfill orders. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.
2. Account & Service Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. Our platform is for lawful business purposes only. Any misuse is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate information during registration and order placement.
3. Order Policy & Return Terms
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of ordering ONLY for boutique errors (wrong color, size, or defective products). Customer preference returns are not accepted. If you provide wrong order details (color, size, or model), you must accept the delivered product and pay return shipping fees plus additional handling charges for exchange.
4. Payment & Fees
Product prices are paid online during checkout. Customers are responsible for commission fees (paid electronically) and shipping costs (paid to delivery person in cash). Failure to pay these fees may result in order cancellation.
5. Data Security & Legal Compliance
We comply with Algerian Law No. 18-05 (e-commerce) and Law No. 18-07 (data protection). Your data is encrypted and protected.
